Development:
The development will consist of the demolition of the 2-no. existing two-storey houses (of c.234.4sqm and c. 172.5 sqm) and associated outbuildings, and the construction of a new residential development in 3 no. new build blocks, Block A, Block B, and Block C ranging between 3 and 4 storeys in height.
