Development:
Proposals include the demolition of the existing single storey flat roofed club house (213 SM) & the construction of a new Club House to replace same which will include to the eastern side of the entrance 4 no. dressing rooms, referee, physio, storage & plant rooms and to the western side of the entrance facilities including 2 no. community rooms, meeting room, office & toilet facilities. This structure will be single storey with an 'A' type roof, The overall floor area is 700 Sq. Meters with a ridge height of 6.9 meters, This building will be located along the same orientation of the existing dressing rooms. The existing boundary wall & gated entrance to Bóthair An Phoise & Bóthar na bPiarsach ( Dingle Relief Road ) is to be altered including the lowering of same with a view to opening up Páirc An Ághasaigh and the associated facilities. The goals & ball netting adjacent to the location of the club house will be revised to allow for proposed works. The existing Training Facilities to the N/W of the site will be realigned to provide better usage of this space and are to include flood lighting.
